(you can see where little Jonah got his lips from in this picture of me)So, last Sunday I showed Mallary this picture of me, and told her she was going to wear that same dress, and that we would curl her hair to look like mine. After bribing her with painting her fingernails and toes, and agreeing to let her watch Cinderella while I curled it, I was able to curl her hair.
She just wanted me to take a picture of her finger nails.

She loved her hair being curled so much, that night when John tried to get her to take a bath, she freaked out screaming, "Don't wash my hair!!!" She has also since asked me to curl her hair again.

that is awesome! all of it. That she LET you curl her hair so pretty, that the dress fits perfectly. I actually got evi to hold still once so I could trim her hair. She had a candy bribe to hold still :). Oh, and I have dresses of mine that I like to put Evi in too, only they usually end up being to short. Either Evi is too tall, or I really just think dresses were much shorter when we were little. Eiether way, it's still fun to dress up our kids in the vintage dresses, isn't it?
aw, i love it! I have a few vintage dresses that I plan on forcing my child to wear, too. :)
