Tuesday Tips

I started to write some clever little ditty to associate with this tip, but I deleted them all...

Today's tip is simply:

If you cut your son's hair, make sure to put the scissors away afterwards, or your daughter will find them...

and now we have bangs...

(I had trimmed the back of Mallary's hair the day before. The next day, I cut Trevan's hair, and put him in the shower, and then I went into the other shower (leaving the scissors out, of course...). John was supposed to be watching Mallary... however, he wasn't. She cut her hair, took the chunk to John, and said, "I did it!" Yes she did. So, I had to pull bangs down over it to cover up her short ones. It looks fine, but now I actually have to do her hair, because she has natural wave, if you don't brush them when they are wet, they dry all funky. And, headbands look best with bangs, and Mallary is to the point she doesn't want to wear hair accessories. Of course my daughter who has access to any hair accessory in the world will not wear a hair accessory... it's all just very lovely.)

Have you put the curse on her to have a daughter just like her yet? She does look cute though ;-)

Well, at least it still looks good, even though I know you did not want bangs.
