Have great neighbors and have great neighbors who give you their hand me downs!
Our neighbors gave us a playscape thingy. It has already saved my sanity on more than one occassion. It is so wonderful!! Hooray!
Now if someone could give me tips on teaching my children not to leave the door open going outside, and not to slam the door, then it would be perfect...
