Beaches

We beach hopped. Just depended on where the weather was nicest.

Candi & Marianne

Dad said we had to say we got wet in Waikiki. So, this was our first beach stop.

Dad, Candi, & Myself (I hadn't yet decided if I was staying in, then my cover-up got wet)

Silly dad.

It was so pretty.

Dad got Candi and I these water shoes before our trip, because some of the beaches are rocky. He picked them out all by himself, I thought they were cute.

I think this was at Kawela. It was freezing okay. I looked like a bag lady at the beach. Everyone got a good laugh. It was really cold.

Dad riding a wave.

Dad headed back out. He was the only one to get in the water at that beach.

"Aren't you coming out?"

"No, way dad! Let's go find the sun!"

Another bag lady day. I think this was at Waimea. It was a rainy day, so that was as wet as I got.

I think this was at Pupeka (spelling?) beach.

My dad is so funny.

That day we also went to Ko'Olina. So beautiful!

Marianne in the water.

I know they all look the same, but I love them so much.

Headed back to Kawela on a sunny day.

Dad and Marianne

Me in the bottom. I only got to ride one wave. The surf wasn't rough enough.

It was fun watching the surfers or hard core boogy boarders (not at this beach). My soul longed to be with them....
My favorite. Hanauma Bay.
Gorgeous!

There were birds here that walked right over our towels. They are too used to humans. It was kind of gross.
This is where we went snorkeling. It was my first time to ever snorkel, and I loved it! It was a little weird at first, rather unnatural to put your face in the water and inhale. We saw a lot of different fish. It was really fun! I wish I had done it longer.

I'm blowing up that picture of you on the beach and framing it!

Oh dear, you would do something that silly. But, you had better not... I do have good stories I could tell about you. I'm not against blackmailing. :)

Let's just let the fact that I put it on the blog at all be enough. :)
