Motherhood is forgiving your children over and over again...
Forgiving them for picking ALL of your unripe apricots, peaches, and plums off of the tree
the first year they actually produce... Every.... Single... One...
Forgiving them for picking a pile of BLACKberries from your small blackberry patch while
the berries are still RED... (I honestly wanted to cry and trust me they had already been
educated on what color the berries are supposed to be before you pick them!)
Forgiving them for digging up the flowers in your flower beds...
Forgive them for picking the blooms off of my Vincas...
Between the rabbits, squirrels, and my children it's amazing we have anything growing in
our garden and flower beds at all!
