I don't think I've ever wished for a prayer to remain unanswered, but there's a first time for everything, right?
Trevan said the prayer yesterday before breakfast, and in it, he included this: "Please bless that the baby will come tomorrow..." That's right. My baby. The one that's not due until April.
It gets even better.
Mallary has to pray after everyone else prays, so we usually have two prayers at meal times and in the mornings or evenings. So, after Trevan prayed, Mallary prayed. Of course, her words aren't always clear or understandable, but yesterday she added a new word in her prayer; I distinctly heard the word baby... So, technically, yesterday, two people prayed that I would have my baby today. You know what they say about little children's prayers getting answered...
So, I hate to cut this short, but I don't have my bags packed to go to the hospital yet...
I'll keep you posted.

Funny!
Once, when the forecast called for snow, my father prayed that it wouldn't snow (because it would interfere with a roof he was trying to put on or something like that). My little sister then prayed and told God "don't listen to Daddy". It didn't snow, and she was so mad.
I love it! Hold off until at least March. :) A few days ago at dinner, Jarom was holding a piece of corn in his hand and very seriously said, "Baby Sister" and petted it. Oh dear, I sure hope if we have a girl she doesn't look like that. But he definitely wants us to have another baby! Now to convince Burke....
