Update

Thanks for hunting for my sheets. We didn't find what I was looking for, though Tara came the closest with a set from The Company Store (totally cute, barely the wrong color). I loved that she called it her Oprah project (still happening) for the day. But, if you happen to come across white sheets with red polkas - call me!

The sheets are for my kids room that I'm excited to say that we'll be finished decorating this week!!! I'll have a "the big reveal" post. It's exciting to say that I'll have one room completely decorated, organized, etc. after living here for 2.5 years!! (John said we have more than one room done, but when I asked him to tell me another room, he couldn't...)

Anyway, as for the lemon chicken - still on the hunt. I'm tempted to fly to Idaho to have it, if they even have that restaurant anymore... The need for lemon chicken has made me crave P.F. Changs for about three or four weeks now, even though they don't have it.

Anyway, that's the update.

I was just at our pottery barn kids yesterday and saw white sheets with red polka dots. I thought of you! Hopefully you can find some.

Okay, I didn't see any? Am I that stupid? I saw pink and white polkas and red and white stripes, but not the other, please tell me I'm stupid and just missed them.

I'm responding to your comment on my blog even though it has nothing to do with this post...sorry ;)

I tried burning the ends of the belts but they just caught on fire and then charred off after wards where I was back to square one. The burning thing works great with the belt material that is synthetic (I've done that when I've made dog collars), but these belts are actually a cloth material so burning doesn't work. Too bad too because it's easier and more fun to play with fire!

You should just get April to buy them and send them to you or call a Pottery Barn Kids and see if you can buy them over the phone and have them shipped. What is the restaurant in Idaho? I only live like 15 minutes from Rexburg if that, so I could check into it. Maybe I could get the recipe. :)

Mindy - yeah, you're right, cloth doesn't burn too easily. :) I don't know if that no fray stuff would work for you either because of the thickness of the belts, but I've used it with sweater material. I admit it, I am always looking for shortcuts...

Tara, I can't remember the name, but one of my roommates worked there. It was the Chinese restaraunt next to a movie rental place?

I'm sorry, but I am the bearer of bad news. The restaurant is gone and it's now a Mexican restaurant now. I found a friend who was familiar with the area all that time ago and it's gone. :-( So, you may not want to fly to Idaho, unless you want to come visit! :-)
