Our last day

We went to church with one of Marianne's old college roommates, Lena and her family. She is one of the, if not the most, cutest, sweetest people I have ever met. I would pay her to be my friend. She has four kids all under the age of FOUR!! So funny.

Marianne, Kayla, and Lena.

Kayla was so cute. In Hawaii, children call everyone older aunt, aunty, or uncle. It was cute to hear Kayla ask Dad, "Uncle, help me with my slippers." She also told us to watch out for the large, "cock-a-roach," the cutest thing ever.

Lena and her cute family. Her husband was so nice too. Their parents were kind enough to have us for dinner the two Sundays that we were there. They were so funny. Lena calls her kids 'rascals' like I call mine 'stinkers.' Funny.

Our last little walk on the beach. This was quick sand sand. I have never sunk so low in sand in my life. That was a workout!

Sad to be leaving soon!

Gorgeous! I love these posts. I feel like I was there (only I'm not relaxed or tan and I have no travel souvenirs).
