Random Happenings at the Hamiltons
I had turkey sopa for breakfast. It is not a breakfast food.
Last night, I told John I was sick of turkey (frozen from New Years). Turkey soup, Thanksgiving casserole, and turkey sopa. He said he didn't mind because it was in different forms.
I just ate salad for dinner instead of all my turkey options.
I believe Jonah is now entering his terrible twos... my sweet angel has turned into a semi sweet angel. At least he's not a dark angel... Wait, are we talking about chocolate?
Speaking of chocolate, next week is Copy Cat Week on my other blog. I made something chocolaty copied from a restaurant... I know you can barely wait...
Did you know that John blew up hard boiled eggs (shells off) in the microwave recently? They exploded, and the blast threw the microwave door open. I jumped. He has a habit of over heating things in the microwave. I wish I could make it so our microwave only heated in 20 second intervals. Our poor children always being served food that is too hot. "It was only in there for a few seconds!" John exclaims. I do believe that John gets his seconds and minutes confused...
My sewing machine is broken. Can I just say how hard that is for a person who makes money using a sewing machine. AND did you know how few sewing machine repair people there are in this world?? Few, very few.
Did you know that I am the coach of Trevan's basketball team? The Toxic Cobras. Did you know that Trevan looks like a ballerina from the Nutcracker on the court? Just a tad less graceful... We're not really sure who's son he is...
I'm cleaning my kitchen today, and making bow ties (by hand... remember? broken sewing machine....).
I guess, I better go get started.
Happy Thursday!
