Did you have garbage can words in your house growing up? We did, and we had a lot.
We have garbage can words in our house now, and my kids are quick learners.
It's funny to listen to them play or watch movies (Disney movies have LOTS of "bad" words in them...) and hear, "You said a bad word!!"
They even call me out too...
Hamilton garbage can words: I'm bored, stupid, hate, dumb, shut up, (and you know, all the regular words, but they aren't to those yet, thank goodness...)

Yesterday, Kate spelled "d-a-m" and was chagrined when I informed that she spelled it wrong and that it still counted as swearing.
