I surprised John on Saturday with a little get together for his birthday. We had a few friends come over to play games (his favorite thing to do), and eat some of his favorite foods. Some of his favorites that we ate were pizza, southwestern nachos (he would eat nachos every meal on the side if I would let him), swedish fish, and I made him an ice cream cake (ice cream is his all time favorite) with his favorite ice cream, mint chocolate chip with an oreo layer (his fav.) and a texas sheet cake layer (his fav.).
Hopefully all his birthday wishes come true.

Why wasn't I invited to this party?!?! Was John afraid I would eat the whole cake myself? (Because I would. And all the swedish fish).
Hope you had a fun celebration. Love the lifesaver candle holders. So clever.
