- A tooth that no longer has a big chunk missing after dealing with it for 9 months... Yikes!
I wasn't always so traumatized about going to the dentist, but after I had Trevan I went to the dentist and have 12 cavities!!!!!! After never having cavities before in my life! Needless to say it was very traumatic... It took five torturous visits. He never numbed me enough, and would have to stop and numb me again. He said my mouth was really small to work in, we basically ended up not really liking each other. I probably cried on my way to pick up Trevan after every trip to that dentist. TORTURE.
Needless to say my next trip to the dentist I was really nervous and sweating bullets. I was a basketcase! Luckily, I was seeing my friend's brother, and he was super, and it was pain free, but then we moved, and I hadn't gone to the dentist since then...
That visit was over FOUR years ago! Last month, I finally went to the dentist because I couldn't put off getting the hole in my tooth fixed anymore. Well, I had had two kids since my last dentist visit, so I was expecting 12 more cavities, but luckily, I only had the one tooth that needed to be fixed, the tooth next to that one as a result of waiting so long, and one other cavity. Needless to say I was very relieved!!!
Today, I finally got my tooth fixed. Yay! I even found myself relaxing in the chair. Pain free! Thank goodness. I think I'm over my HORRIBLE experience finally!!! I told the dentist and her hygienist I could just hug them for making me not feel any pain!

I had that experience post Max. 13 cavities! Ahhhhh!
You are making me nervous to go! I haven't been in almost two years. The older I get the more traumatizing the dentist has become to me....
