100

When we went to visit my grandparents, I went with my grandma to go and visit her mother, my great grandma, Granny Cole.

I had missed Granny Cole's 100th birthday party in April, because it was two weeks after I had Jonah. It's pretty cool, because Jonah is her 100th 'grand or great' and he was born around her 100th birthday.

I forgot to take my camera with me, but we just saw her again a few weekends ago and I'll post those pictures eventually.

During my visit with her, she told my Grandma that she wears her blouses too big. About ten minutes after she told her that, she said it again, "Treva, you've always worn your blouses too big." It was pretty funny.

We talked about having babies. She said my Grandma was a very easy baby. She told me that if I wasn't careful I'd end up with ten babies. I told her she didn't have to worry about that, but she kept telling me the same thing. Then she said, "They'll take everything you have, every last penny, they'll eat you out of house and home, etc..."

It was a fun visit with her, she is always so entertaining.

Fun fact on Granny Cole: She chewed tobacco... and some say she still would if you'd give it to her...

She's quite a character.
