Help me please

I'm on the hunt for twin red and white polka dotted sheets. (I saw some last year and kick myself once a week for not buying them)

Also on the hunt for a good lemon chicken recipe. No lemon Pledge tasting things please. Or if you know a restaurant that serves good lemon chicken - all chicken breast, not fried mystery meat.

Find me these things and I will love you forever. Really I will.

I don't know if you are a fan of Gordon Ramsey. I have his "Fast Food" recipe book, and have not been disappointed with anything that I have made from it. He has a Sticky Lemon Chicken Recipe.
1 large chicken, cut into 8-10 pieces
sea salt and black pepper
3-4 tbsp olive oil
1 head of garlic, halved horizontally.
few thyme sprigs
splash of sherry vinegar
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
3 tbsp honey
1 lemon finely sliced (ideally with a mandolin)
bunch of Italian parsley, chopped

Season the chicken with salt and pepper and heat the olive oil in a large saute pan. Brown the chicken pieces (in batches if necessary)over high heat with the garlic and thyme for at least 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Return all the chicken pieces to the pan, add the sherry vinegar, and bubble until reduced by half. Drizzle over the soy sauce and honey and shake the pan to mix.
Pour in a good splash of hot water and add the lemon slices. Let the liquid bubble and reduce down until syrupy, which will take about 10 minutes or so. By now the chicken should be cooked through.
Transfer the ckicken to a platter and sprinkle over the chopped parsley. Serve with mashed potatoes, green beans or sugar snap peas. Delish.

Joidee, I'm not a fan of Gordon Ramsey's show, but I'm not opposed to trying his recipes. :) I'll have to try it, though it doesn't seem lemony enough.

Thanks! Now, could you just find me those sheets?? :)

Thanks, Cher - the one sheets on there are crib size and I need twin size. The other one's have gingham along with it, and I want plain polka dots. Thanks though! You can keep looking for me if you want though. :)

Try this. Did you want them red dots on white sheets or White dots on red sheets?

Yeah, that has the gingham border on it I don't want. But, thanks! I really don't care which, but I like the white sheets with red dots. Target has king sized for some reason, but not twin. I may have to go for another option... Thanks!

I have a recipe on my cooking blog for lemony chicken. Basically roasting a whole chicken that's stuffed with lemons and basted with lemon & herb blend. It's delicious.

Thanks Jen, I'm looking for more of a Chinese lemon chicken dish that I had from a restaurant when I was going to Ricks. :) The best I've ever had, and that was like 11 years ago, that's how good it was. :)
